Sandeep Basu graduated from CUNY Baruch College with a BBA in Finance. He began his career at his uncle's firm, Andrew Bose CPA, working as a client relations manager. That role turned out to be the most formative training of his career.
Across hundreds of clients, Sandeep saw what makes accounting relationships actually work: not the technical filings, but the consistency, the responsiveness, and the willingness to understand someone's business deeply enough to give honest advice.
He became a Certified Public Accountant and took over the firm. He rebuilt it around one idea, that the best CPAs are partners, not vendors. That meant ending one-off annual filings, narrowing the client roster, and committing to a retainer-only model so the firm could be present for clients all year.
Today Sandeep leads a certified remote team that brings the same high-touch, white-glove service to a carefully curated group of business clients across industries.
